CUBEX C30: THE ORIGINAL

The Cubex C30 is the closest version to the original Cubex kitchen that Louis Herman De Koninck used in the homes he designed. The original Cubex kitchen from maison Berteaux in Uccle (Belgium), built in 1936, has been preserved and served as the starting point for the development of the C30.

DISTINCTIVE DESIGN

The original Cubex was built from 60x60cm modules and this determined its distinctive design.  With the C30, we are trying to stay true to this.   Much more than a utilitarian object, the Cubex C30 is above all a style icon.  With the C30, style takes precedence over function.  The C30 is not just a kitchen but a work of art.  A rock-solid work of art, moreover, that is also very user-friendly, and is completely custom-made and installed by our cabinetmaker.

EVERYTHING IS IN THE DETAILS

The most important feature of the Cubex C30 is the rounded doors.  These only partially overlap the front and slide into the body instead of lying on top of it.  The door closes with a click.  The inside of the kitchen is completely finished in wood and the metal brackets are identical copies of the 1936 model.  And, of course, a Cubex is not complete without the glass storage trays.  Behind this beautiful design, of course, is a modern functional kitchen with built-in appliances and constructed from the chunkiest materials.
